Join us for this unique opportunity to craft an iconic, traditional frame drum with local and ethically sourced deer skin and oak, using natural methods on this ancestral land.

Each drum can last lifetimes when properly cared for, passed down through generations and enjoyed by the whole family.

Each drum has a distinctive voice which is as unique to every drum, as a fingerprint is to every human.

During the day we will drum together, craft together and drink fresh herbal teas.

Exploring ways to connect and work with the drums more deeply, for work and play.

"My drum is a regular companion after dark, I sit on the floor with the lights off

and she helps me just empty my head – I normally find it difficult to stop thinking

and find drumming very restorative, playing easily for a half-hour

with no concept of the passing of time.

It is as if you have given me a way into another world"

Anon

"The drum’s a Queen, a beaut.

She’s possessed of a clear bright sound,

rich and resonant."

Eileen
