Living as a child on the Fenlands of Norfolk 

where the Great Ouse tidal river flows in from the Wild North Sea

and the richly diverse Snettisham Washlands, home of the famous Iceni Hords

​​She learned to forage from her elders, gathering berries, marsh samphire and cockles 

Later learning how to make remedies with the local plants, trees and flowers.

During the last 20 years Claire has competed the following training and studies

Usui Reiki attunements 1 and 2 from Reiki Master Val Carter Claire is 7th Generation from Dr Usui 

Forest School level 3 from Louise Ambrose (Forest school Lou) of Birchwood Learning 

British Shamanic Studies with Elen Sentier Author of Elen of the ways, Celtic Chakra and other books

Leechcraft an old way of working with plant remedies, charms, spells and amulets, with the '9 sacred herbs'
