Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the item you have received from us, please telephone or email us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.

Once the item has been dispatched, it becomes your responsibility to return an order or item in an unmarked and resalable condition before we can provide an exchange or issue a refund to you. Return postage charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty or not as described.
